If you feel you have not attained the desired effect, we ask that you use the full portion of your order before contacting us. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

If you receive notification from us that you have been issued a refund and have not received it yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. They will be able to give you an update. It may take some time before the refund is posted.
